We don’t have a dedicated phone but if you’d prefer to have a chat just email us your phone number and we’ll call you.

We used to have a phone, but 90% of the calls were nuisance calls and as BPL is run by volunteers, we simply don’t have anyone free to man a phone 40 hours a week, so emails are best ! Please allow 48 Hours for a response to anything non urgent.

Please note that our Google Maps pin is not at our exact location and we like it that way, as we don’t allow any visitors without an appointment. This helps us keep security tight, our neighbours happy and our members secure.

Please always make an appointment if you’d like a tour, even if you’re on the waiting list. If you are visiting for the first time please respect the local roads and ride especially slowly / quietly when in and around our premises.

Complaints

We are very proud to only have had ONE complaint in over six years, a true testament to how we operate and that the rules we have in place work for everyone.

Keeping the neighbours happy is also a large part of the reason we have a strict no visitors / no walk ins policy.

IF for any reason you do have a complaint, please email us in the first instance and we will be in touch asap.

We’d also like to thank the one person who did lodge a complaint. You’ve helped us improve our SOP’s, better our relationship with our stakeholders both internally and externally, and most of you’ve helped us solidify our place in the community for years to come, a great result for everyone.

Bike Park Leith does not have any public opening hours, trading hours, or accept walk ins of any kind.
